MegaTrak Fuel Management

The MegaTrak®system is designed with direct, single-hose, pay-at-the-pump architecture, like retail. Competitor's console driven systems lose all hose accountability when communication and/or the console fails. MegaTrak® allows you to move to the next hose or exchange the fuel control unit (MCU) with another. Spare units are also available.

oemdd-header

What's happening at your jobsites . . . right now?

How do you get accurate jobsite data without tying up people with paperwork?

How can you be sure service is done when it's to your greatest advantage?

Do you know what equipment produces the highest ROI?

Do your job estimates build-in a "margin of error" that sometimes costs you the business?

What's your biggest headache? Productivity? Compliance? Fuel?

OEM Data Delivery is a leader in jobsite information management, with advanced equipment telematics that let users capture and use jobsite information, wirelessly and paperlessly. OEM Data Delivery equipment telematics systems were engineered for construction firms, aggregate companies, landfills, and others who operate jobsites that use high-value equipment, materials, fuel and personnel.

OEM Data Delivery systems generate real-time information regarding equipment hours and usage, crew and subcontractor hours, fuel and material use - and much more, in an easy-to-use form. It allows problems to be spotted fast, and best-possible decisions to be made . . . always.

Detailed data is captured automatically - and paperlessly - at every change of shift, every move of an asset, every repair operation, and every dispensing of fuel.

Information is securely transmitted to your office or other designated location, where it can be integrated into a back office system, viewed immediately in web reports - or both. The system is easy to learn, use, and program. And, like all OEM Data Delivery equipment, it was engineered for years of high reliability under "severe service" conditions.

From the first day of implementation, OEM Data Delivery technology provides you with 10 important tools:

  • Critical information about the activity on every jobsite, in real time
  • Automated, paperless tracking that does not tie-up operators, foremen - or your IT people
  • Data that lets service be scheduled when it's needed, and when it's financially smartest
  • Reports that show which equipment is making you money - and which is not
  • A tool for project estimating, based on firm, up-to-date cost data
  • Documentation that makes DOT and other audits as simple as printing a report
  • A means of preventing the loss or misplacement of high-value assets
  • Comprehensive fuel accountability that assigns fuel (and other consumables) according to job and equipment, and prevents dispensing into unauthorized containers
  • Productivity data on crews and subcontractors
  • A way to manage rented equipment so you never pay for more than actual hours of use

OEM Data Delivery provides excellent, proven tools for tracking, documenting, strategizing, and managing the activity of multiple worksites. And if a good GPS alternative is what you're looking for, OEM Data
